Welcome to The Spa

The Spa on Port Royal Sound is a hidden treasure, located in a secluded area of Hilton Head Island, SC, nestled between two historic parks — Fish Haul Park and Mitchellville Park.

The community consists of 268 condos, 42 one-bedroom/one-bath villas, and 226 two-bedroom/two-bath villas. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, two outdoor pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, picnic and grilling areas, a children’s playground, and a natural beach on the Port Royal Sound within a bird sanctuary.

Pet Policy

The Spa, HPR does not allow pets on the property. Service / Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are allowed, but must be pre-registered with the HOA Office at least 10 days prior to arrival. Required documents include the submittal form, shot records, and a physician’s letter for ESAs.

Parking

Only two vehicles are allowed per unit. Every vehicle must display a valid parking pass or registered barcode sticker. Short-term guests: $25 per vehicle (1–89 days). Long-term guests: $175 for up to two vehicles (90+ days). Park straight against the blocks; respect Fire Lanes and Trash Pickup Zones.

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Avoid noise that can be heard beyond the perimeter of your unit. No loud music, furniture moving, or excessive noise during these hours.

Pool Hours

Indoor Pool / Fitness Center: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (requires blue-handled key). Outdoor Pools: 8:00 AM – Sunset (regulated by the state of South Carolina). Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Prohibited Vehicles

No RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers, pop-up campers, boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes, trailers, commercial vans/box trucks, or e-bikes. Violations result in towing or HOA fines.

Trash & Walkways

Bag all household trash and place it only in designated dumpsters — never on walkways. No bulk items, furniture, or construction debris near dumpsters. Do not hang towels or clothing over railings.
