Trash & Waste Disposal

  • Household Trash: All household trash must be bagged, boxes broken down, and placed only inside of the designated community dumpsters. Trash may not be left on walkways or any other common areas on the property.
  • Bulk Items: Furniture, appliances, or construction debris may not be left in or around the dumpster areas. Residents are not permitted to use the “construction dumpster” for any purpose. That dumpster is for use by The Spa, HPR only.

Walkway & Railing Rules

  • No personal property may be placed in walkways at any time. Walkways are fire and safety egress routes, and items such as bags, carts, shoes, and doormats create a safety hazard.

(For example: Both service animals and ESAs must submit shot records, and those requesting an ESA must submit a letter from a physician recommending that their patient have an ESA.)
  • The Spa, HPR only recognizes and requests the documents listed on the application. We do not request or accept any certificates or similar identification in regard to the “service” status of any particular animal.
